You can always count on our highly skilled and creative design team, including gemmologists and jewelers, to guide and assist you every step of the way.

With the assistance of our design team, you will be able to conceptualize your custom diamond engagement ring and make changes as needed, up to the final drawing. We will provide you with 3D imagery of the design, allowing you to view it in detail from any angle. Once you give us your approval, our master jeweller begins production on your ring. Depending on the production queue and the complexity of the design, the time frame for custom jobs can vary from 4 to 6 weeks. Express jobs will, however, take between six and eleven days to complete after the design is finalised.
