CONSULTATION

It is no secret that custom designed engagement rings are often perceived as being overpriced, needlessly making the most important day of your life a financially stressful one. However, we operate differently. We are committed to providing our customers with unsurpassed value, so you can achieve your dream custom engagement ring without draining your wallet.

To begin, we simply need your ideas, reference images, and/or drawings. Once our designers have carefully studied your ring, they will make further suggestions to enhance it further.

STEP 2
ACTUALISATION

When you design your own engagement ring, you can incorporate your unique personality and style into a physical work of art that stays with you forever, becoming a part of you. As it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for many, we take our responsibility in bringing it to completion very seriously. You can always count on our highly skilled and creative design team, including gemmologists and jewelers, to guide and assist you every step of the way.

With the assistance of our design team, you will be able to conceptualize your custom diamond engagement ring and make changes as needed, up to the final drawing. We will provide you with 3D imagery of the design, allowing you to view it in detail from any angle. Once you give us your approval, our master jeweller begins production on your ring. Depending on the production queue and the complexity of the design, the time frame for custom jobs can vary from 4 to 6 weeks. Express jobs will, however, take between six and eleven days to complete after the design is finalised.

STEP 3
COMPLETION

After our master jeweler has finished your custom engagement ring, we will contact you to schedule a time for you to pick it up from our showroom, or we can deliver it for free via Express Post with insurance included. This gorgeous ring box has a beautiful LED light illuminating the ring, making it ready for your proposal!
