12 Months Free Resizing

For the first 12 months from the date of the purchase, Novita Diamonds offers one free resizing. But will not pay for the shipping to get the resizes done. For wedding rings we will offer 3 months free resizing for men and women were possible (some designs cannot be resized). There are two options when requesting a resizing:

• Make an appointment at one of our showrooms and have your ring size accurately measured. Our master jewellers may take from 4 to 8 business days to resize your ring. (Recommended)
• Alternatively, you may contact our team to arrange for your ring to be posted back to us. In this case, you will need to be accurate about the new ring size you request. Only one complimentary resizing is granted for each purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: If the ring needs resizing more than 3 sizes +/-, it may incur an extra cost or the setting may need to be replaced altogether.

Some rings cannot be resized

Due to the design and fabrication of certain rings, some pieces can not be resized. This issue is more common with men's wedding bands which have bevelled edges, multiple parts or combinations of different coloured metals. Men's and ladies rings that have diamonds in them could also be problematic for resizing or limited to a certain number of sizes. Titanium and Black zirconium rings can also not be resized. Please check with our staff prior to placing your order to see if the ring you would like to purchase is possible to resize.

Prior to purchasing such a piece we would strongly recommend visiting one of our showrooms to try the design on first, while guided by our professional and friendly staff.

Lastly, we recommend using a courier service with full insurance to return your piece. Please ensure the shipment requires a signature on delivery and the piece is adequately packed and padded. We will not accept any liability if the piece is damaged in transit due to poor packaging. We will let you know once we have received your piece, to give you an indication of any predicted cost involved, as well as an expected turnaround timeframe.
